Florida Fall Leaves

I never thought I’d say this, but living in Florida I do miss the fall change of colors and seasons.

We went to Celebration for the falling of the leaves.  My goofy boy!  I love him!

He enjoyed dancing to the music and of course seeing the “yo-ho” house.  “Yo-ho” is his new word for pirate after going on the Pirates of the Caribbean ride at Disney World.

He collected a bag full of leaves and had a great time.

Spook-tacular

Last weekend Kyton and I went to Sea World for the Halloween Spooktacular.  He loved the bubbles and bright colored decorations.

I just love the joy on his face in these photos.

Of course I could not get him to wear his costume, but I am happy to report that he did wear it for trick or treating on Halloween.  He wanted to take it off be we reminded him that we’d had to stop trick or treating if he did.  After a few requests he forgot he had it on.

One of the craft activities was gluing jelly belly beans to a picture.  Kyton has the same idea as me that it was a waste of perfectly good Jelly Bellys to glue them on a poster.

I was pleased that they had some healthier snacks they were handing out and I think that we got about the same amount of candy at sea world as we did trick or treating over a mile.

In true Kyton fashion he was amused by the performing drummers.

Kyton surprised me and wanted to climb the 3 story rope net to the top of the play area.  Once we got to the top the only way down was to crawl through tubes. This was not a problem for Kyton, but was challenging for me since I am just too big.  He had to wait for me a number of times.

When we left the house it was a bit chilly and in the 70s so I didn’t pack Kyton’s swim clothes.  By the afternoon it was in the low 80s and Kyton wanted to use the splash pad.  Since I always carry a spare outfit I let him splash in his clothes.

Later on we found more drummers!

The light was gorgeous at the end of the day for a few photos of my gorgeous boy!
