Happy Easter

So the real reason for Easter, Jesus.  We are watching church online this morning, and celebration the amazing gift we have from God.  In our bible study we’ve just finished the book of John studying Jesus’ ministry and death.  It has made this Easter more meaningful.
We had planned a rather low key Easter, but the other night we were out with friends and realized no one had plans.  We decided to host in our tiny house. 
One of our friends was selling personalized chocolate eggs for her church, so decided that would be our Easter treat this year.  It turns out that the Episcopals know how to make amazing eggs!  We got ours in three different flavors.  Coconut cream – tastes like Malibu rum.  mint chocolate – tastes like crème de mint liquor  and amaretto – like amaretto liquor. Dylan asked if they actually used liquor in church.  The eggs will not be around for long!


  I think back to last year when it was just the two of us, and I had a little person in my belly.  He has brought so much joy to our lives!
