We’re having a baby! The baby is due this summer, and I am thrilled to finally be past the morning sickness. The first trimester was not too much fun. I would wake up nauseous, and force feed myself as much oatmeal as I could get down. Usually by after being at work about 45 minutes I felt ok. I’d be ok most days until about 2:30 or 3:00 when I’d start to feel sick again. Eating sometimes made me feel better, other days it would not work. Food did not taste of look good, and I ate only because I knew the baby needed food. After work I’d come home and crash. I was completely exhausted, had no appetite, no energy and would feel nauseous. Needless to say, blogging was not a priority. I pretty much made it to work, and that was all of the energy that I had.
My husband is my hero. He took over, and stepped up the domestic duties. We pretty much split the chores in the first place, so its not like he usually sits around and does nothing.
I am really glad to be past that point and feeling like a regular person again!
