I noticed it for the first time on Easter Sunday
the vibrant rich yellow flowering trees
when the wind blows
the yellow flowers flutter the the ground.
While my mom was here,
we visited Leu gardens.
My mom loves flowers!
I could be completely wrong, but I think that these are Mums that I saw with my Mum (ABC Wed letter M)
My parents are great at gardening
they have flowers and delicious vegetables all spring and summer.
I took home my student's plants over spring break...
and killed about half of them.
We also took a tour of the house, but that was a little too much information.
We had a fun afternoon walking the gardens, smelling the flowers, touring the house and enjoying our time together.

Wow, the yellow in those first photos is quite strong. It is interesting to watch it morph into the pinks and purples of the flowers in the middle of the set.

All my Canadian friends that wintered in Florida this year had stories of how cold it was. One of the coldest in years. With you M&M photos it's nice to see that things are getting back to normal.
I like the larger pictures. Great little tour of all the flowers. I love when petals fall from trees - it feels so mystical to me.
