The theme this week is dramatic black and white. I figured what is more dramatic than a battle. This was taken at a local civil war re-enactment. After seeing the battle, I completely understand why these men dress in hot wool and run around in mud. They have the opportunity to fulfill their childhood dreams and play soldier, while remaining safe... and there are also white a few explosives. (More pictures from the event later.)

On a side note, I shot my photos for then and now today and I can't wait till April 26th to share. My husband is a great sport as are his parents while we recreated a few childhood pictures. They are realy funny, so be sure to come back Apri 26th.
