The pictures this week are from our trip to Rotan, Honduras. It is an island just off the mainland of Honduras. If I haven't mentioned it before Dylan and I LOVE to snorkel. The snorkeling in Rotan was absolutely beautiful. I did a bit of research ahead of time and we found a great beach that had off shore snorkeling and was not at all crowded. We hired a taxi that drove us all around the island, gave us a tour, and waited as we snorkeled. The water was warm, the fish were beautiful and we snorkeled.
As I'm sure you've heard we are having unusually cold temperatures here in Florida, so it's nice to have a reminder of warmer times. I'm sure in about a week we'll return to normal temperatures.

Our driver took us to a local shopping area located at the top of the island where we could see our ship. It was fun to see local children playing soccer. I especially like their long shadows as the sun was getting low.
