I wish this was My World...

More pictures from Grand Cayman Island.

This is not really my world, but it was for a brief period of time. The pictures below are from our cruise the ship stopped at Grand Cayman Island.  The first shot is of the dock as the tender approached.  (explained a little more yesterday)
The next picture has to be about one of the prettiest places to relax. There are coral reefs just in front of the chairs.

Dylan was pleasantly surprised to see that the Cayman Islands are "Steeler Country."  The shack is where we stayed on the island.  Really it is a historical area.   If you want to see more visit Sunday and Monday and check back the rest of the week for the rest of Grand Cayman Island.

Oh, and as beautiful as it was to visit, I think that it would be way too hot to live there year round, and I think I'll stick to Orlando.

They have wild iguanas, but this was a statue in the main shopping area of Georgetown.

I always thought certain reptilian creatures were chameleon like and could change their hue to not be so noticeable to predators. Not this guy! He must feel that chameleons are stodgy and boring...

Sheesh! I can't believe the hassles I'm having lately leaving comments. I just lost this last rather lengthy one when your blog didn't accept my WordPress ID and gave me no chance to change to my Blogger ID. Very strange ... but here I go again. I enjoyed your crisp, clear colorful photos of the Grand Caymans and found the iguana most unique. I've share My World and a holiday Ruby Tuesday at Happily Retired Gal just now ;-)
Hugs and blessings,

It's great to see these statues around town. We have pig statues in Downtown Seattle. Happy RT to you.

I often think I would want to live in these beautiful places, but, then where would you go on vacation? But, that thought enters my mind way too often! I love your editing! Great job! These are fabulous photos and that iguana is such a great find. I would love to have it in my backyard! Fun post!

Seeing that most of the country is frozen, I think photos of the the Cayman Islands are most welcome. Great pictures.

Well, that's certainly a colorful fellow. Not terribly handsome, but colorful. Have a wonderful Ruby Tuesday.

Now that is one pretty lizard or Iguana I wouldn't like to run into him when he was angry!
